    It is a delicious tea cake that is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. This is a healthy blend of bottle gourd with a mixture of buttermilk, flour, coriander, chilli, lentils and rice. In addition, it is served with sauce to enhance its flavor.
  4. Characters
    It is a popular snack made from the leaves of Colocasia, on which a paste of chickpea flour is applied with spicy, sweet and sour flavors, then it is boiled on a bed. It is considered one of the healthiest snacks.
