The Realme Narzo 50 Series will launch in India on May 18: What you need to know

New Delhi: Realme India is poised to expand its Narzo smartphone range. The company has confirmed that it will launch Narzo 50 5G and Narzo 50 Pro 5G smartphones in the country. The company has scheduled an event on May 18, where it will launch both the smartphones. Currently, the Narzo 50 series includes four smartphones, the Narzo 50i, the Narzo 50A, the Narzo 50 4G and the Narzo 50A Prime.

Realme will host the live event on May 18 at 12:30 pm on its official YouTube channel and its social media handle.
Realme Narzo 50 5G Expected Specifications
According to various online rumors, the Realme Narzo 50 is said to come with a 6.58-inch full HD + display with 5x 1080×2408 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimension 810 chipset with up to 6GB of RAM.
The 5G-enabled smartphone is expected to pack 128GB of internal storage which can be further expanded by installing a microSD card. It is said that the smartphone runs Android 12 operating system and has a dual rear camera with 13MP main sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. Realme Narzo 50 is rumored to have an 8MP front camera for 5G selfies.
The device is expected to be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G Confirmed Specifications
The company has confirmed that the Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G will be powered by MediaTek Dimension 920 chipset. The smartphone will come in two variants – 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB.
The Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G will come in two color options – black and blue. The smartphone will run Android 12 operating system which is on top with the level of the company’s own Realme UI.
Expected price of Realme Narzo 50 series
According to rumors, the Realme Narzo 50 5G is said to be priced at less than Rs 15,000, while the Pro variant is said to be priced at less than Rs 20,000.
