Maintaining a body cut with countless strengths even in your 50s is not a cup of tea for everyone, but actor Milind Som proved that it is not impossible either. Milind has introduced us to his hyperactive lifestyle on numerous occasions. From running on the beach to cycling 1000 kilometers to celebrate his 55th birthday, he has never failed to impress his fans with his amazing determination.
But this time, the fitness enthusiast has touched on a very relevant issue that bothers everyone in their fitness journey. Sharing a video on his Instagram page, Milind admitted in the caption that he was too lazy to do pull-ups, “even though #fightlazy is in my mind,” he wrote. However, showing his complete dedication, Milind further wrote that he chose to set up hanging legs instead. “It was fun,” he added.
It is clear from the video that Milind had no plans to work out that day as he chose a casual t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans. The video began with Milind holding a pull-up bar in a park, with a dynamic song playing in the background.
He started by hanging straight from the bar before pulling strength from his hands to bring his legs up. The fitness freak, who seemed to have taken off his shoes for the exercise, then continued to elevate his legs until they reached the top of the bar.
Surprisingly, Milind did not touch the ground even once during the entire exercise and pulled several repetitions of leg height while maintaining an incredible posture. He then completed his intense workout without sweating and gave a compelling smile to the camera at the end of the video.
Earlier, Milind also shared his thoughts on fitness while flaunting his toned muscles beautifully. In one of her Instagram posts, Milind can be seen posing for displaying her buffed-up triceps.
Talking more about the role of diet in a healthy lifestyle, he wrote that fitness is not about restrictions but about freedom. “But as we all know, with freedom comes big responsibilities,” he added.
