How to make cheese at home
Take about a liter of milk with full cream and boil it over medium heat.
Stir until the milk boils completely. Now add a little salt in the milk and boil it a little.
Now, add some lemon juice to the milk and stir it with ladu.
The milk will be sour in about 5 minutes. Turn off the gas flame.
Next, take a small bowl and pour half a liter of water into it.
Take another large bowl and cover it with a muslin cloth. Now strain this cloth by adding sour milk or cracked milk.
Now clean the bundle of cheese by dipping it in a bowl of clean water to remove the lemon sourness from it.
Take out the bundle of cheese on the kitchen slab and place a heavy article on it so that the water in it escapes.
Your delicious and soft cheese is ready. Now, you can cook anything with it in just half an hour. This homemade cheese can also be kept in the refrigerator for future use.
