Those are the players Novak Djokovic, Rafa Nadal and Roger Federer, All of which have been beaten by Kyrgyz.
“Tennis has really struggled to accept different personalities. People look at it differently,” he added.
Kyrgios and Kokkinakis, who met in the final of the Australian Open boys singles in 2013, believe they can win the doubles crown as a partnership.
But not everyone is thrilled with their success in the tournament.
After defeating Olympic champion Matt Pavic And in the first round, Nicola Mectic, the fitness trainer for the former, expressed her anger.
“It was Pavic’s fitness trainer who came and broke the foam roller in front of the pole and I thought he was joking,” Kokkinakis said.
“They said we were boating the show. I think, at the end of the day, they were a little salty that they lost. He was a little bit aggressive from her.”
