International master Nitin Senthilwell continued his good run to take the field after the seventh round of the 13th Chennai Open International Grandmaster Chess Tournament 2022 here on Thursday, recording his seventh consecutive victory.
A 99-run win over B Vignesh on the top board has put Nitin at 7 points, three points ahead with a full point lead. In second place behind Nitin are top-ranked GM Boris Savchenko (Russia) and IM LR Srihari with six points.
